Welcome to my blog Lets Talk About Feet. I hope we will have lots of conversations in the future. I will be giving you some fun, interesting, and hopefully helpful information here. Comments and discussion is encouraged from all of you. I will always do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. Friends helping Friends is a good motto!

Traveling with my parents to Dodge City, Kansas at the age of nine gave me my first introduction to my awareness of the importance of feet in our lives. Of course, I noticed my feet as a baby and I learned to walk and run on my feet as a child. But I never really thought about any of that.

However, at nine, my family went to visit friends and “Aunt Erma” as I called her, was not in the house to greet us when we arrived. I was told she was busy in her office “rubbing” someones feet! Helping them to feel better.

Now that certainly got my attention. Why in the world would she be doing such a thing? That is when I found out that our feet hold such a story related to our mental well being and to our physical health.

Since that time, I have traveled down a road that has enriched my life and others. Over the years, Miss Linda has learned, practiced, and taught the Art of Reflexology. Something I will blog about eventually. I have fussed about with different kinds of foot comfort, even to the point of wanting to create my own line of footwear – haven’t done that yet though!

Why do I want to talk about feet? Because I think I can help people in many ways. Without our feet, and some do not have any, we can be immobilized. Discomfort for various reasons, afflicts us at one time or another because of our feet. I believe as I write this blog, I will dispel some of that discomfort as well as inform you of some fun facts. In no way do I profess to give medical advice here, just insight.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below in the comments section, and I will be more than happy to help you out.

Get Happy Feet,

Miss Linda
